"Felt reassured the whole time"

I ordered this from microcenter.com, and at least from what I could tell, it showed up in perfect shape. The box didn’t have any dents or damage, everything inside seemed packed well, and it worked right away when I tried it. I haven’t had it long enough to say much beyond that, but condition-wise, no complaints...

"Quick repair, fair overall"
I took my laptop in because it was acting up, they had it back to me in two days, which was great. The staff were friendly and explained things without making it weird or overly technical. The price seemed fair too. Everything’s working fine now, so I’m happy with it. I mean, it was just a laptop repair, not a life-changing event, but still, solid experience.

"Every time I go to Micro Center…"
Every time I go to Micro Center, they somehow have way more than I thought I needed. I went in just looking for a new GPU, but of course I ended up wandering through cases, fans, cables, and a bunch of other parts too. it’s nice being able to compare everything in person instead of taking a gamble online. The prices were fair, and I really appreciate that they give people actual choices instead of making you feel stuck with whatever is easiest to sell. That kind of thing matters, and it’s a big reason I keep going back.

"Good Deal, But Definitely Check the Box"
I picked up an open-box monitor the price was absolutely the reason I went for it. The monitor itself was decent, no major complaints there, but the box was missing the cables, which I 100% did not expect. The staff did help me out a bit, so that was nice, but I’m completely certain the listing should’ve been clearer about what was included. Overall, good deal, just make sure you check everything before you leave

I ordered an SSD on microcenter for in-store pickup and it was painless. The ready-for-pickup email came sooner than I figured it would, maybe around 20 minutes or so later. I went to the pickup counter, showed my ID and order number, and they already had it waiting in the back. No one tried to push anything extra on me or make the process awkward. I was probably in and out in about five minutes. I’d definitely use it again.
